Can you file something to put off my DUI suspension or make it shorter?

No.  The Court can review whether a suspension should stand, and in many cases we can help you apply for a driving permit (JDP), but the Court has no power to stay or put off your suspension.  Shortening the term of suspension would only be done where the officer made a mistake and checked a refusal, but you didn't refuse, but did blow over the legal limit.
